Raleigh

  • Take Wade Avenue or the I-440 beltline to Interstate 40 West
  • Continue on I-40 West past the airport.
  • Stay in the left two lanes and remain on I-40 West when it splits from the Durham Freeway.
  • Exit I-40 at Chapel Hill exit #273-A (Highway 54 West).
  • Head west on Highway 54 approximately 5 miles passing under the 15-501/54 overpass and continuing up 'the hill'.
  • Turn right at the stoplight (Country Club Road) when you reach the top of the hill.
  • Follow Country Club Road .2 miles as it curves to the left and turn right at the first stoplight (Raleigh Road).
  • Follow Raleigh Road one block and turn left on Franklin Street (lighted intersection).
  • Follow Franklin Street .5 miles, through downtown, to the five way intersection indicating the beginning of Carrboro.
  • Jog straight/right between Al's Garage and the Carolina Carwash on to Brewer Lane.
  • Continue on Brewer Lane .1 miles we are the last building on the left before the railroad tracks.  109 Brewer Lane is the white, two-story, stucco building.

Greensboro

  • Take Interstate 40 East/85 North towards Raleigh.
  • Remain on I-40 East as it splits from 85 North (stay to the right) past Burlington.
  • Exit I-40 E at Highway 86/Airport Road exit (exit # 266).
  • Turn right at light on to 86 South/Airport Road .
  • Follow Airport Road 3.5 miles to downtown Chapel Hill.
  • Turn right at the main intersection on to Franklin Street (heading West)
  • Follow Franklin Street towards Carrboro .3 miles until you reach the five way intersection indicating the beginning of Carrboro.
  • Jog straight/right between Al's Garage and the Carolina Carwash on to Brewer Lane.
  • Continue on Brewer Lane .05 miles we are the last building on the left before the railroad tracks. 109 Brewer Lane is the white, two-story, stucco building.

Virginia

  • Take Interstate 85 South towards Durham, NC
  • Get in the left lane when you pass the Guess Road exit in Durham, NC
  • Exit 85 South on to 15-501 South just past Durham (Exit #174B). NOTE - this exit is on the LEFT side of the highway!
  • Follow 15-501South 4 miles towards Chapel Hill, staying in the right lane as 15-501 S merges with Chapel Hill Blvd.
  • Continue on 15-501 South/Chapel Hill Blvd. 3.5 miles, passing through a commercial section and continuing past the I-40 juncture.
  • After passing over I-40, continue for 4.3 miles eventually gettin into the right lane.
  • Exit 15-501 South/Chapel Hill Blvd. at the Franklin Street split (stay to the right).
  • Continue on Franklin Street up the hill, through downtown, to the five way intersection indicating the beginning of Carrboro (3.2 miles).
  • Jog straight/right between Al's Garage and the Carolina Carwash on to Brewer Lane.
  • Continue on Brewer Lane .05 miles we are the last building on the left before the railroad tracks. 109 Brewer Lane is the white, two-story, stucco building.

RDU airport

  • Exit airport and follow signs to Durham/Chapel Hill.
  • Turn right on to Interstate 40 West.
  • Stay in the left two lanes and remain on I-40 when it splits from the Durham Freeway.
  • Continue on I-40 until the Chapel Hill exit #273-B (Highway 54 West) (10.6 miles total)
  • Head west on Highway 54 approximately 2.4 miles passing under the 15-501/54 overpass and continuing up 'the hill'.
  • Turn right at the stoplight (Country Club Road) when you reach the top of the hill.
  • Follow Country Club Road .4 miles as it curves to the left and turn right at the first stoplight (Raleigh Road).
  • Follow Raleigh Road one block (.2 miles) and turn left on Franklin Street (lighted intersection).
  • Follow Franklin Street 1 mile, through downtown, to the five way intersection indicating the beginning of Carrboro.
  • Jog straight/right between Al's Garage and the Carolina Carwash on to Brewer Lane.
  • Continue on Brewer Lane .05 miles we are the last building on the left before the railroad tracks.
  • 109 Brewer Lane is the white, two-story, stucco building.

Pittsboro

  • Take 15-501 North to the Intersection of Highway 54.
  • Continue straight across bridge (passing over 54) on Columbia Street (the road changes names when you cross over highway 54).
  • Follow Columbia Street to downtown Chapel Hill.
  • Turn Left on Franklin Street (heading west) at the main intersection.
  • Continue on Franklin Street .3 miles, through downtown, to the five way intersection indicating the beginning of Carrboro.
  • Jog straight/right between Al's Garage and the Carolina Carwash on to Brewer Lane.
  • Continue on Brewer Lane .05 miles we are the last building on the left before the railroad tracks. 109 Brewer Lane is the white, two-story, stucco building.
